How the Downtown Raleigh route works
Both Downtown Raleigh locations are available for pickup and drop-off. Riders may board or exit at either downtown stop.

After serving both downtown stops, the shuttle returns to Shuttle Buddy Headquarters on Raeford Road.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
The shuttle leaves at the time printed on your ticket. Passengers who are not ready to board at departure time may miss their scheduled trip.

Can I use either downtown stop?
Yes. The planned route serves both South Fayetteville Street and South Glenwood Avenue for pickup and drop-off.
