Shuttle Buddy Terms of Service

Introduction Welcome to Shuttle Buddy! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Service Description Shuttle Buddy provides shuttle bus services between Fayetteville, NC, and Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Our service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Reservations and Payments

  • Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting our customer service.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

  • Fares: $60 per adult and $30 per child.

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must arrive at the designated pickup location at least 15 minutes before departure.

  • Shuttle Buddy is not responsible for missed departures due to passenger tardiness.

  • Luggage is limited to one standard checked bag, one carry-on size bag, and one personal item per passenger. Oversized or additional luggage may be subject to additional fees.

  • Children 3 years old and under must be secured in a car seat. Shuttle Buddy does not provide car seats; passengers must bring their own.

  • All pets must be properly secured in a travel-approved kennel except for service pets, which must be under the positive control of their handler/owner at all times.

Conduct and Safety

  • Passengers must follow all driver instructions for safety purposes.

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited onboard.

  • Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the shuttle without a refund.

Cancellations, Trip Changes, and Refunds

  • Standard Cancellations: No fee if canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Cancellations made after the 24-hour grace period but more than 48 hours before departure will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

  • Last-Minute Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time.

  • No-Calls/No-Shows: Reservations that result in a no-call/no-show are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

  • Trip Changes: A trip change fee of $15 applies to any modifications made to an existing reservation within 12 hours of departure time.

  • Flight Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances: If a passenger is unable to make their scheduled shuttle due to a flight delay, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, Shuttle Buddy will make every effort to accommodate the passenger on the next available shuttle at no additional cost.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Shuttle Buddy is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shuttle Buddy is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

  • By booking with Shuttle Buddy, passengers agree to all terms and conditions posted on tickets and our website.

Service Modifications and Cancellations

  • Shuttle Buddy reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by Shuttle Buddy, passengers will be offered an alternative service or a full refund.

Price Adjustment Window Policy

  • Customers who book a trip can request a price adjustment if a promotion occurs within a specified timeframe after their original booking.

  • Eligibility: Only customers who book a trip up to 24 hours before a promotion begins can request a price adjustment. Price adjustments must be requested within 24 hours of booking.
