My flight was late, but Shuttle Buddy was able to accommodate me and had the shuttle wait. The bus was comfortable and clean. This is an awesome service and makes traveling from RDU very easy. I cannot recommend Shuttle Buddy enough! In a last-minute emergency, they provided exceptional shuttle service from Fayetteville to Raleigh (2-4a time slot) for a 7 AM flight. Their professionalism and care gave me so much comfort knowing my children were in safe hands while I was out of state.
They went above and beyond by safely keeping my oldest son’s car keys until someone could pick up his car to take it to a mechanic. This level of service and attention to detail is truly unmatched.
