Where does Shuttle Buddy pick up passengers?
All fayetteville pick-ups & drop-offs are at hq: 5419 Raeford Rd, Fayetteville, NC
RDU pick-up and drop-off (vary by airline terminal): Terminal 1 is located at zone 1 prearranged services, Terminal 2 is located at Zone 8 prearranged services near Baggage claim
downtown raleigh pick-up & drop-off:
S. Fayetteville Street - The Car Park, 205 w lenoir st.
and
S. Glenwood avenue - 9 glenwood ave.

What is your cancellation policy?
Standard Cancellations: No fee if canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Cancellations made after the 24-hour grace period but more than 48 hours before departure will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
Last-Minute Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time.

Can I change my reservation after booking?
Yes, you can modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Same day rebooking fee is $15. Changes are subject to availability and fare differences. Contact customer service for assistance.
Flight Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances: If a passenger is unable to make their scheduled shuttle due to a flight delay, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, Shuttle Buddy will make every effort to accommodate the passenger on the next available shuttle at no additional cost. To qualify for this accommodation, the passenger must contact Shuttle Buddy's customer service as soon as the delay is known and provide relevant documentation (e.g., proof of flight delay).

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is required at the time of booking.
Pick-Up and Parking -
How early should I arrive before my scheduled departure?
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.

What if I miss my scheduled bus?
Contact our customer service team at 910-936-3784. While we cannot guarantee a seat on the next bus, we’ll accommodate you on the next available trip. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for details.

Will someone be there to help me with my baggage?
Yes, our drivers are available to assist with your baggage. Please let the driver know if you need help. Each ticketed passenger is allowed one personal item (e.g., purse, small backpack), one carry-on, and one checked bag. Extra baggage incurs a fee of $10 per additional bag.

Does Shuttle Buddy charge a pet fee?
Yes, a $35 pet fee applies. Ensure your pet is secured and well-behaved during the trip.

Does Shuttle Buddy provide car seats?
No, we do not provide car seats. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to bring their own.

What age can children ride for free?
Children under the age of 3 ride for free, but a ticket must still be selected for all passengers, including infants.

Are Shuttle Buddy buses wheelchair-friendly?
Currently, our buses are not equipped to accommodate wheelchairs. We are exploring future solutions to serve all passengers.

What entertainment options are available on the bus?
Our buses are equipped with TVs, offering a variety of movies and shows to enhance your travel experience.

Can I bring food and drinks on the bus?
Yes, light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Please keep the bus clean and dispose of all trash properly.

Is there Wi-Fi on the buses?
Currently, our buses do not offer Wi-Fi. We are working to add this feature in the future.

What if my flight is delayed?
Notify our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you on a later shuttle, but availability may be limited. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Is there on-site parking available?
Parking Policy
We kindly remind our customers that on-site parking is limited at our location. Additionally, please note that the parking lot is not monitored or secured, and Shuttle Buddy is not responsible for the safety of your vehicle. please call customer service before arrival to ensure parking is available.
